Feeding frenzy is better than outlaw, fieldvscout is being nerfed, the arc damage is next to irrelevent as you're going to snipe/shotgun captains anyway, and if arc burn then you have plenty of other options, fully aware fatebringer isbthe bst but it is almost entirely because of firefly, there are other outlaw and field scout hand cannons
