I don't understand why they just don't let us upgrade any exotic we want right away. That's not fair play at all and quite frankly just says "hey we are lazy and only wanted to let you upgrade a few of those lovely exotics". And by upgrade, I don't mean getting a new look with new perks, I mean just letting them get to highest armor stat and damage. Now on the other hand, if when exotics get upgraded to the highest, they get those new perks like how light beyond nemesis is getting, then I understand why it may take them some time to shell out all of the exotics. All I can say is this: they better give us the option to fully upgrade all exotics within a short amount of time.
