Where's the Special Delivery?
Anybody else having problems getting their Nepal bonuses because Special Delivery simply isn't there? Every time I go to the tower (MULTIPLE times over the last 2 days) she's not even there.

Hey Jacket, as Eriena noted, Tess is taking a holiday, and isn't present in the Tower. In Tower North, next to the guardian outfitter Eva Levante there is a Special Orders Kiosk which has replaced Tess for the time being, you will be able to access your special orders rewards from here.
