Pretty sure he was asking for hard numbers to determine what a perk actually does stat wise, not just some text. You can youtube a weapon and it will have a comparison for all the perks but instead of wasting 5 mins of your time they could just be more transparent and tell you from the get go

Calling me stupid is not an insult? Calling me a fool isn't an insult. I have been here since beta, I know how the game works. I also know that people assume things on unfounded reasons because they dont understand how they work properly. you have nothing but your personal opinion to prove anything you stated, so nothing you said is a fact, just an opinion. Not everyone thinks the same thing you do. You "tested perks on a single weapon ( high rate of fire and low impact) of that type which the perk might not effect that weapon type the same way it does others ( medium rate of fire, higher impact). Take Nova bomb as an example, it has the perk to make it track, but if you use the fast moving version of the nova bomb, the tracking does not take effect because it is moving to fast to really be good. So stating a perk doesn't work on 1 specific weapon, does not mean it will not work on another weapon. So again, everything you stated is opinion not fact. If you tested it on every single weapon type then it would be different, but you didn't so it's not.

You are the only person in this thread, hell, on these forums, that claim all these perks work as advertised. When you gain a sense of humbleness let me know, I might take you seriously then.

Again you stoop to insults because you have nothing to back up your claims. You tested perks on a single weapon and assume they don't work as intended because they didn't work to your ideals on that single weapon. That is not proving or backing up your claims at all. You tested it on a high RoF low impact pulse rifle, and nothing else. Where are the results for both kinds of scout rifles, both kinds of auto rifles, lower RoF pulse rilfes, both kinds of LMG. You don't have it, so you can not state as a fact that those perks will ot work as intended on those weapons. So at no time can you state as a fact they do not work.

How about this big guy, go test out these perks, and come back to me, tell me I'm wrong. Go test battlerunner, tell me I'm wrong. Go test unflinching, and show me how it reduces flinch like advertised. Go test who's next, and show me how it procs on the final bullet and not on a timer. Show me how counterbalance affects stability instead of the recoil direction hidden stat, in contrast to what the description says. Do you also believe there are no stat caps? Go ahead and prove me wrong on that too. Go ahead buddy, prove me wrong. Since you know so much about this game. While you're at it go show me what rodeo does too, since nobody knows. I'll be here waiting for your shining brilliance.

Edited by lordvikagaming: 8/20/2015 12:12:07 AMthere are different kinds of flintching in this game, the reason you don't think they work properly is because you don't fully understand the mechanics behind the perks. if you took the time to watch the videos about those perks you might understand them better, but I don't think your IQ would allow that, nor would your ego and "I'm always right" mentality, allow you to be proven wrong. EDIT: unflintching does not mean that the sight does not move, it means that you shot will still hit where the red dot was located, for a longer time after you start to flintch.

Or were you so blinded by pathetic enragement that bungie could possibly be misinforming us about perks that you just had to mash your keyboard as fast as possible to argue a topic you are clearly not knowledgeable in?
