When someone drinks milk their bone get stronger but if you don't drink milk then you no have none in first place you no has bone so you can't becum a scurry skeleton so you can't die right?

Edited by Xûr Mixalot: 8/19/2015 5:12:19 PMWell, milk is pretty good for your bones and such, as it contains high levels of protein, vitamin D, and calcium (all very important factors in growth of bones), but it isn't necessary if you get those things from other sources. As a matter of fact, these nutrients come in smaller portions in lots of food. Beans, meats, and broad leaf greens are all good sources of protein. You can get calcium from just about all dairy products, but is also found in poultry (both meat and eggs). Vitamin D is absorbed through the skin due to sun exposure (although I have absolutely no clue why), and is found in trivial amounts in almost all food. TL;DR: The human body would never have even been created to rely on cattle/goat lactation to survive.

Just find other substitutes for your calcium and vitamin d. Calcium can be found in other dairy products, like cheese and yogurt. The easiest way to get vitamin D is through at most 15 minutes of exposure too the sun. You could also take supplements
