Man, I messed around and didn't pick up the physical collectors edition and was double checking up on this too. They said they would in a post so surely they will hold true.

I've been waiting to see this "$20 digital content upgrade" available since the 14th... Then again on the 15th. I was told randomly that it releases week after launch. I looked again and still haven't found the upgrade!? Wtf!?
