Sony and Microsoft accounts can be linked individually to sport both consoles on your profile. Just navigate to your Profile, to Settings, and Linked Accounts. Afterwards you can choose to check 'Display on Public Profile'. You'll need to be on bungie.net (full site), not the Companion!
