Let me tell you that ice breaker is only so so, if you want a good sniper all you need is equal to or greater impact then ldr 5001. Its not the same but once you get used to it you'll be a good sniper. Recommend snipers are the poe sniper(shadow of vails) ldr 5001, and her benevolence. As for scopes you want either ambush or shortgaze cuz of the aim assistance. Perks are hard to get into but keep stability up is all I can say right now. And if you can't find a good impact snpier its OK to settle for low grade humility from the crucible for now until you get a better one P.S. don't go for too high impact and low rate of fire ones, like the iron banner one is actually not that good.
