I would have gone for rangefinder over reactive reload for PvP. Reactive reload is a bit situational, you have to get the kill, reload, then find and attempt to kill another target before the bonus dmg timer is up. And I believe it is only 5 seconds or so. Rangefinder is great for pulse rifles with maxed stability, because it essentially becomes a scout rifle for ranged battles that does twice as much damage.
