This is what I rolled mine with:
Red Dot-OES/Truesight IS
Outlaw
Braced Frame
Hidden Hand
It is on my Hunter. I got everything I wanted except for Red Dot-OAS/Sureshot IS. Not sure if it is worth the re-roll or not for different scopes. Thing is a beast in PvP though.

7/10 if only re roll it if you're swimming it weapon parts.

Yeah, had around 900 after farming 272 strikes to get the HP but down to ~100 from re-rolling weapons. I would only want the scopes to change as I think the perks are perfect.
