Sights - I have the same set of sights and while they aren't bad, they aren't the best you could possibly roll. Feeding Frenzy/Reactive Reload - a nice combo to have, the feeding frenzy enhances the reactive reload by giving you more time to deal the extra damage. If you use Reactive Reload, a reload perk is a smart pairing. Braced Frame - arguably the best stability perk for the Pilgrim, it takes away mag size but the mag is large enough to compensate and with feeding frenzy you have a quick reload anyway. I gave it a 8/10 mostly for this reason: I don't know how often that reactive reload is going to get you quicker kills unless you are up against groups in the same spot. One on one you aren't going to kill any faster than two bursts on a healthy enemy. Mine has the same sights as yours, along with: 3rd Eye, Small Bore (second best stability perk) and Hidden Hand. This gives me a full time radar while ADS and is a head-shot magnet with Hidden Hand. It will two burst consistently. I would rather have a different set of sights (Red Dot-OAS or ORS/ORS1 and SureShot-IS) and your Braced Frame, so I consider this set-up about the same as yours rating wise, but I prefer it for my play style.
