I agree with you, to a point. I'm glad that you said "max out your chances". And true, some of the people will not have your list of weapons, but some will, and more. Because there are no set parameters, other than for exotic bounties, then you may only grind a little or you may grind alot. I would like to see all exotics have some type of bounty aspect (no matter how ridiculously hard), so you can truly earn them. With that being said, I love my Mida that I got (not earned) from an exotic engram drop. :) Also, by no means am I supporting the poster's plea for a weapon. I am just saying that the reply to that shouldn't just be, "You suck. Play longer", unless that is the standard set by Bungie (as in, play for 1,000 hours and you will get Gjally at the end".
