Create a useless perk
Saw a thread like this a while back
Anyway rules are it needs to be useless and not in game (yes I know mulligen is bad but be creative)
For example full auto on a rocket launcher
Nice shot: shots that missed deal extra precision damage
Yes we all know shank burn is bad, be creative
Final round on a throwing knife
