This game's map designs are pretty much Halo--linear by focusing from point A to point B--but now there are no boundaries between 1 area to the next as you progress through the game. You cannot fly over or scale mountains between areas. You really can't explore anything but what Bungie WANTS you to explore. It's sad. At least in many modern day open world games, you have a giant map and everything inside it is fair game. If you can find a way to something, congrats. If you want to explore outside the focused areas, go on ahead. Not this one. No, there has to invisible walls everywhere.... Give us an ACTUAL world to explore and fill it with life.
