Hello,
All current PlayStation Exclusives are coming to Xbox at release of Taken King. Xbox users will have access to both of those Strikes you listed.

I have no affiliation with Bungie. They have stated on numerous occasions though that all PlayStation Exclusives are coming to Xbox on September 15th.
