God I hope not. .
But it's just video settings.
everything cranked right down
-texture resolution
-render distance
-model detail
-model animation off
-volumetric lighting
-whatever shadows
-smoke and cap particles
All cranked to 0 on ps3 compared to ps4
I made the switch.
I recommend it

However.. they don't reference it as 'last gen" usually just ps3 or xbox. Sorry my mistake. -recommend the switch to anyone reading that-
