Report ALL Lag Switchers HERE
Specify console encountered, and list screenshot and/or names of the individuals, and what happened in detail.
They usually tend to work in Fireteams.
Do not post unless you're absolutely sure.
How to report cheaters:
Go to: Roster > Player > Report Player
Cite as: BAD CONNECTION, CHEATING
Leave the rest to Bungie and hope they follow through and ban the specified accounts. Don't hold your breath.
