Unfortunately, due to the newly spawning Wolves, the Blades of Crota are no longer able to spawn on the various areas they used to. I am assuming that is due to conflicting cod and the fact that it would be a monumental task to recode this. It won't happen. We just have to accept that the only place to get the Blades of Crota will spawn is in the Fist of Crota mission.

There is no incentive for them to code it back in. Honestly the Blades of Crota only serve two purposes, to acquire the Husk of the Pit and to complete the Eris Morn bounties. Considering most people have completed all the EM bounties already, there would be no reason to code just for that. Then equally, there is no reason to recode for the HotP because it is a random drop and having them spawn all over the world doesn't increase your chances any more over just doing the FoC mission over and over again. Basically, there is no profit in them recoding this so it will not happen.
