What's the worst ragequit you've had, playing any game?

The worst ragequit I've ever had had to be in NBA 2K13, during Game 7 of the NBA Finals. It was nearing the end of the first half and my player had managed to stock up about 5 fouls before the 2 minute mark. Just as the half was about to finish, I fouled out. I could've cost our team the game had I not quit the current session and reloaded later on. But that still didn't stop me from breaking my controller, punching the shit out of my TV, and nearly breaking my wrist while trying to punch a wall. I got to say, I've honestly raged more at 2K than I ever have at Call Of Duty or any other game. Kind of surprising...

  • Worst was Destiny. This past January, almost 700 hours played on 2 toons without a GHorn drop. So, I'm, in a Crota HM raid with friends. We drop Crota & 2 teammates with GHorn equipped get GHorn drops. I get Truth. ARRGGGHHH! How many times is this gonna happen I thought. After the raid I start running patrols. I get an exotic heavy engram drop. OH BOY! I take it to the Cryptarch and I get Truth again. I felt something snap just behind my left ear. I stopped playing the game that day. I paid for HoW but never played it. Not buying TTK. I just have no interest in playing Destiny. I can't say it was just GHorn, but that day in January just put the final nail in the lid. Why am I here? I guess I'm still addicted or I'm hoping Bungie will fix some of the other things that put me in a mood to rage quit that day. Alas, Bungie just seems dialed in to keep announcing stuff that makes me feel better about quitting.
