Weapon level determines how much you do against enemy's your level determines how much they do to you

I understand that but say you have a weapon with base damage of 365 and you shoot an enemy in the head the base damage is not suppose to change depending on the level of the enemy. At the moment when you shoot something that is the same level as you, you will do higher damage and shoot a lower level enemy you do a lot less damage. The damage output is suppose to stay the same regardless of the enemy level?

It's damage scaling so you don't one shot pretty much everything lower level.

Hmm I'm not 100% what I said before is what I heard .. But I agree with you I feel I'm just as effective as a 32 as a 34 for everything except for Poe .. It's more a mind thing I'd say
