Your argument is that a handful of weapons counter the Thorn's 2-shot killing power, yet this is exactly where your argument falls apart. I shouldn't have to rely on a small handful of prestigious exotic weapons to counter what would otherwise be a guaranteed 2-shot kill. This is the same as defending NeoNazis because some don't hail Hitler. Thorn grants a [b]guaranteed 2-shot precision kill[/b] that can rarely be countered with enough skill and the right exotic gear, heaven forbid it lands a 3rd shot to put the nail in the coffin. If you have yet to see the unbalance here, then try picking up any other non-2-shot weapon and going against a team using thorns, there is a reason the majority of Trials combatants use this weapon.
