Thorn isn't easily countered. In fact red death and suros hardly counter it at all. The healing stop if you take damage over time so unless you kill him as soon as the burn effect stops it won't matter. It will only stop the burn which usually won't matter because 3 body shots kill you or if he does tag your head twice he's in cover. Not to mention suros has a garbage kill time and red death is actually pretty good but still falls short of thorn. So no basically the only counter to thorn is being better than the user

Well, i find it easy to counter thorn with red death, its a two burst kill to the head and heals you enough to not burn to death.

You shouldn't say counter though because it's not an actual direct counter. Your just better than the other thorn user in those cases
