Hydra kills farming?
Anyone know the best place to farm out some hydra kills for the grimoire score?
I need 111 more of these stupid things to complete it.

Patrol mars, go to where the portal is for the final mission. There is a Hydra that spawns there frequently. (Along with some other adds) Just sit up and snipe away.. Rinse and repeat. Void primary / heavy and ice breaker work well.

I killed about 40 the other night on mars patrol. I went to where the black garden mission has the big gate portal thing, there is a hydra and minions that spawn every couple minutes or so Just had fun popping them with different weapons, was a little boring, but I was bored, lol, so it worked out

On Mars by the portal to the black garden. A hydra spawns there about every minute or so. Stay way back with ice breaker and pick of the group of vex when they spawn in. If you hit the hydra first, it's explosion will take out some of the other guys.

Patrol mars Go to the start of the black garden Kill hydra minotaurs and hobgoblins The vex will keep spawning every minute when you kill the stuff

Black garden, make it to the two doors you gotta scan. Kill hydra, die. Repeat till you're done. You spawn right at the top when you first see the doors.

Black Garden story mission, lowest difficulty. Go to the area that requires you to pull out your ghost, kill the Hydra, then grenade yourself to death, rinse and repeat. I'd reccommend max discipline.

1 ReplyI think you get 2-3 Hydras in the Black Garden mission pretty quick. Then you can exit, rinse, and repeat.

I got a tent, campire, and ice breaker and sat up on the rocks outside the black garden gate.

Go to the black garden and lower your armor and level. Then go to the part where you have to scan the clusters, kill yourself by its body exploding, and repeat
