The most annoying accidental death
I know there's a million ways to accidentally die in this game so I want everyone to post their least favorite death and throw the audience the funny details with it too

Just yesterday I was having a pretty intense Sniper battle with an enemy. Both ducking in and out. Then a teammate ran up behind and Shoulder Charged me right into the oncoming bullet. I returned to try and make things right. Another intense battle ensued. What do you know the same damn teammate Shoulder Charges me into oncoming bullet again. Proceed to sit in corner and cry.
