Has anyone else had an issue with enemies tracking you after you go invis in POE or any other activities? My friend who is an experienced day 1 hunter went invis by crouching and the vandals followed him.
He went invis out of sight both times
Later he super vanished out of sight and they were shooting at him like he was completely visible as he ran away. They kept shooting at him as he ran across the arena. Tracking and running after him while shooting. Neither time was he sitting still as they know your last position and shoot at it. Just wondering what you guys have experienced.
Edit: He only vanishes once and runs in a totally different direction from where he was.
It only happens with fallen and especially stealth vandals.
Seems like it may have become a bigger issue after patch 1.1.2
Some people have problems with Crota seeing them after escape artist melee and them getting slammed while invis by him.
Seems like all races glitch and see hunters from time to time
Edit: there were no double jumps. He was running away and new enemies saw him.
Edit: Thanks fellas for the responses. This is trending. This is a post to help so this is a good one to bump up.
I will continue to bump this post until a moderator addresses this issue due to it being a major mechanic for players
I've been having that issue recently as well. Hive and Fallen both seem to be able to track me while invisible, no matter if I'm crouched, running or jumping while invisible. Seems to be quite the issue for people, like myself, that run Ninja Hunter for teams a lot.

Generally thrall will melee if you bump into them and enemies will attack the spot you were just at if they are firing while you go invisible. That being said I've had a lot of bs happen with invisibility in general. Crouching and just sitting there like an idiot while you don't go invisible and enemies will sometimes track even while invisible. It's annoying.

Bump so at least a moderator looks at this

I guess most people are doing fine with invisibility

Happens all the time. And the fallen bullets continue to track you when the vandals are blind firing. I've also been hit by blind striking phalanx a buttillion times. Buttillion is a scientific number. It's like, wow big.

Yes has happened here along with using saint 14 helm and Titan bubble with enemies lunging through blindness. Doesn't work as advertised

There's also the issue of using blink strike/escape artist while invisible. It used to restart your timer on contact, now if you're already invisible, it makes the correct sound signaling a successful melee, drains your melee ability, and you become visible right away. It's bullshit lol.

They follow heat signatures. Basically, we need mud and a bow and arrow to be completely safe.

I've noticed this since HoW released. I'm used to them shooting me if I attacked them or they saw me turn but it happens to me out of sight as well.
-
Bump because there are serious glitches and bugs with invis even when you do it right
-
They can sometimes continue to follow you. Particularly melee guys who were charging in for a melee just before you go invisible, they keep chasing you until they either swing, something causes them to end their charge, or you get out of their reach. It might be an attribute of lag. As perhaps not on all consoles did you go invisible at that moment. Things to keep in mind. 1: Enemies will continue to fire at your last known position. 2: in conjunction with 1, homing projectiles are not affected by invisibility, so if your still around where you innitially when invisible, or pass in front of a friend, homing projectiles will still follow you. 3: Double jumping alerts enemies. they can't see you, but if they were already shooting, then 2 might become an issue again.
