if Oryx can control those vex, doesn't that also mean he can control the vex network

Who knows the extent of oryx... If he has been around millions of years, he must have learned to survive the vex. I was reading a theory someone had posted about how the vex may have been a creation of a human, the same human that made the exos, and that they were made to go back in time (which could be our present time) to wipe out all existence in order to prevent a hive Armageddon of the universe....

Its been very well established that the Vex are human made. I just highly doubt they were made by the person who made EXO. In all honesty it seems the Vex are a possible evolutionary step in mankind in alternate time line which is why they dont just pop up on earth and wipe out all humanity in a different time.

Well according to the lore the exos were a creation of a man trying to live forever. And it is obviously stated that the vex are controlled by one mind, dinklebot says it himself. It could be that when he noticed that putting human brains in the exos led to them being uncontrollable he sought a new way of making himself immortal.
