With E3 2015 we said, OK, let’s make sure the games are playable, that they’re running on the target machines. When we show something, we ask the team, make sure it’s playable, make sure gamers can immediately see exactly what it is. That’s what we learned from the Watch Dogs experience – if it can’t be played on the target machine, it can be a risk.
Took them long enough.

Basically: "We realized that if we put out working games we won't alienate the people who provide us with a living." Apologizing for screwing up is fine, but when you say "we learned something" that should be common sense in for their line of work, that sort of defeats the purpose. If they had said "we need to and are going to work harder," I think that would have been a bit more acceptable. At least they acknowledge things obviously didn't work out and aren't attempting to sweep it under the rug.
Good news everyone! Today you'll be making a delivery to the planet Ubisoft.
Fixed.

Do you want a cookie for posting this old article? Or how about..... a MUTE?!
-
Did you really link a RTU video?
-
Shouldn't they have learned this several years ago?
-
Talk is cheap.
-
Reminds me of Bungie's favorite line: "We're listening"
-
[slow clap]
-
Tom Clancys ghost haunted them "Don't you dare ruin my legacy in video games I left you"
-
*clap clap clap* hope they don't watchdog up For Honor.
-
I reckon they'll lead everyone into a false sense of trust, as soon as that trust has been built up enough they'll have another repeat of Watch Dogs. Just a hunch from a shady company.
Ubisoft Is Slowly Is Learning
Ubisoft i feel put way too much on their plate last year and that's why they have such a bad rep from it. I still believe they arent a terrible company
-
I feel like that should be one of the first things that you do when you have a game. Not something you learn.
-
Ubisoft is slowly is learning
-
Can I get a bump for awareness?
-
This shouldn't even be something people should have to "learn", should just come standard tbh.
-
That's unexpected, but great news.
