Destiny needs to rename itself to "Lagfest with tons of coding failures and no response from support."
If destiny changes its name like it should ill consider playing again. Until then i cant stand the constant lag and errors and random failures that plagues the game. Bungie you have millions of dollars that you apparently spend on prostitutes because its not being spent on the game.... soo yea fix the damn errors for effin sake

12 RepliesCoding Errors? Do you know how much code is in the game, and how difficult it is to balance it all and make it void of errors? How dare you try to say that. No reaponse from support? There are millions of players and only a handful of help staff. Also, you are dead wrong. They are always answering peoples' questions. At least 5 of my threads have been responded to by Bungie. Get off your throne of judgement and realize what you are saying.

1 ReplyGuys (or else) please stop bashing anyone who is having problems playing the game. We all can say that Bungie has a had a steep learning curve in playing catch up to the demands placed. Perhaps it's due to MMO related learning curve. Perhaps it's due to Activision squeezing Bungie. Perhaps it's due to dumb players with too high expectation. Regardless, it is real. I have fiber. Everything hard wired. All other games behave perfectly. Destiny, well, let's say it's like this....some days I'm on 360. Some days, on X1. And some days, I give up. Crucible is indeed the worst (lag). But raids are not far behind. I mean, why should we be forced to go to game chat? Why should we be forced to all die, go back to orbit and return b/c things are flaky? It's clear that Bungie has made some improvements. Maybe they could use some network talent. Maybe we all should wait for The King to fix everything? All I know is this is one helluva game. The frustration from the players perspective is driven entirely by the desire to PLAY it. Does that not say something? Why I suspect some of the issues are in Bungie's court is circumstantial. I mean, I've never experienced a game where the community is held responsible for providing so much of the "help" about gameplay. Just look at Reddit forum vs this forum. If Bungie is willing to "Deej" us so heavily, then so be it. And before some wise-arse peeks my stats....yea, my K/D sucks. You try it with lag. And yes, I've pre-ordered The King.

If you're using WiFi, it's recommended to be hard wired. As well, check your NAT settings. Make sure they're open!
