Hive gods, specifically Oryx to Crota. The one, hand that pulls in many, is talking about Oryx
capturing other species and changing them. The shadows for the visible, light for the unseen is talking about the multiple worlds that the hive gods can create, and the forms that they take there. The darkness of the unknown I assume is the far, unexplorable reaches of space, where Crota's brothers are presumed to be. Not sure about the brother that did care. Could be talking about Oryx.
For he who went unbroken, I was introduced. Probably talking about the moon. When Crota was introduced to the moon, the moon still wasn't broken. Afterwards Crota destroyed it. Crota's true power and form couldn't be in the real dimension, instead only a mirage of his true power could appear. Raised in Hunger of Mystery would probably be Crota's hunger for light. He was raised by a tale of Gold, as in people who survived seeing him described him as hell on Earth. The Veterans of old are the ones who survived the shattering of the moon.
That's all I got. Hope I at least got close.

Nowhere near it was already answered

Geez. Don't need to be so rude. What I said makes sense, I just interpreted it incorrectly.
-
Not rude just pointing out on the riddle it said it had an answer and also it was an interesting interpretation and i am sorry if you took any offense somehow
-
Alright thanks. Thought you meant it like I was stupid somehow lol. Happens a lot on this site. I noticed the answer too. Probably never would've gotten it. Didn't even know there was a sixth chest.
