I'm gonna guess this is on PC, it's impressive but how much is legitimate, considering he shoots blindly into the sky and hits every time, it's either they have a lot of time on their hands or there's a couple of mods in place

Nope, there are exact places at exact moments where if you shoot an arrow to the air, it'll land on a guard.
