Getting top 3 on the winning team using an auto rifle and a fusion rifle with NOBODY on your team using hand cannons. And everyone on the other using hand cannons and shotguns with insane range.
-
I like to average 1.5 or better with ARs in there, butt man its hard as hell with Thorny users and blinky's ....... but, its a room for gophers to shoot so, woof!

Staying alive while killing your enemy - Type of weapon irrelevant, war is war and a skilled player is a person using the most effective tools at his/her disposal.
-
My definition has little to do with kd. Its how the player moves around the map using lines of sight and cover, shooting with accuracy , and how the player performs in gunfights involving one on ones or with more than one enemy involved, how the player deals with it. Does he/she panic and shoot at everything on prioritize targets and take them out with careful shots and strategic use of grenades. KD I think does show some skill but I also understand that sometimes people what to have fun, mess around, and use not necessarily good but fun challenging guns.

Average or lower weapons and still wreaks havoc
-
Someone who doesn't complain about getting killed by ANY weapon and just gets on with it
-
Using weapons with no perks tried it on a new account it's tough but managed around a 1.0 kd over 5 games
-
It takes huge skill to be cannon fodder and make everyone's KD so high, making them feel special, someone has to allow everyone their bragging rights, I consider my role as a public servant to be the most skilled.
-
Positive k/d and knowing how to out smart the enemy team through quick and rapid movements and map knowledge
-
Going positive, not using a HC or blink Shotgun, or just running around the whole map only using a shotgun like really? Not switching one exotic to a Ghorn in heavy round.
-
Going positive, and contributing to team objectives.
-
No shotguns or handcannons
-
Lol why? Because you are too bad to counter them?
-
Not using thorn or shotguns. And also just because you can occasionally get a kill with NLB that doesn't mean you're good either
-
Going absolutely massive with a sniper and a mid-tier exotic (Mida, Bad JuJu, Suros)
-
-
High precision kill ratios, plays on all three classes equally and is good on them, good at sniping without double tapping, just an all around balanced player with all gun types and classes I guess and doesn't have to use the last word and thorn exclusively as well as blink shotgun, they're crutches in this game.
-
Mine is getting kills and not getting killed.
-
Mine is just using a sniper rifle and being good with it since pretty much everybody uses shotguns

Edited by WhoAteMyFunDip: 7/3/2015 8:12:19 AMDestiny isn't a skill based game, so..
-
Not complaining about getting killed. A team player. Positive in all situations.
-
Getting more kills than deaths.
-
When your playing control and people actually capture and hold zones. Takes more skill than basic running and gunning.
-
It's simple: whenever I kill someone, it's because of my overwhelming skillz. When you kill me, it's because you're a no-life scrub who only uses n00b weapons. Makes sense? /forumlogic

Someone who can use a gun to its full potential (Thorn and TLW are good, but are even more devastating with a skilled player)
