Last I checked unless I get a paycheck from Bungie for moderating their servers, it is their responsibility to deal with these cheaters. How about you stop thinking about how much money you can soak up for your pay check, you should all pitch in, hire a decent number of moderators to monitor servers and start banning cheaters in this game. I don't like how Bungie will only act if reported, they need to actively on a daily basis have these moderators browse their server and start wiping them out. There has to be some sort of legality that holds them responsible, I am not their employee and shouldn't be the one to moderate it for them each time I PvP.
