Or when friends and other people are stuck on two exotic guns before house of wolves. Couldn't get them to drop for shit. Then all of a sudden when house of wolves comes out they get them dropped quickly. Probably because there is 3 more exotics to go after and you won't stop playing the game. They knew if you got all the exotics you might stop playing the game for a while before a new expansion came into play with new shit.

That's a good idea, but it's impossible for bungie to control Drops for every player at once; It must be just Rng, or that it doesn't drop. Which most people seem to be thinking too
