Hunters have faster foot speed, jumping, twice the melee speed and can even slide further. Where is this mysterious Titan speed you refer to? Only instance where a Titan is overly quick is the shoulder charge which is easily countered by a felwinters lie or any high impact shotgun.

Search it up on YouTube, titans with controlled drift quickly spamming the jump button while maneuvering can move faster than any other class

Hes pretty skilled with the technique he invented. Overall the Hunter still has faster foot speed, faster melee, slide and instant blink which works in almost every other instance. But you're right in terms of pure jump ability that technique the guy in the video uses is fast.
