I would actually say his k/d and win ratio would actually make him a better source of information being that he is coming from the perspective of the average player who has been successful. I would rather have advice from someone who's more on my skill level and has gone flawless 6 times than some PVP god who gets all headshots because they play way more than I do. No one is going to instantly become a PVP god by reading an article or watching a video. TOO is more about team mechanics than individual skill. Why do you feel the need to trash this dude? It comes off as very attention seeking.

Look at his games. He got carried by two players far better than him. I don't have any particular problem with that, as I do exactly that on my twitch channel. But coming to the forums to write a tutorial on winning TOO when your stats are shit and you got carried is ridiculous. Half of what is said here is wrong. The other half is blatantly obvious except for maybe the paragraph about flanking. I've seen far too many mediocre players make tutorials like this that offers fairly bad advice and, as someone who actually works at making people better at the game, it's infuriating. I made a post of my own about how to run TOO as someone with excellent stats to back up his word. It's not about attention seeking, I just hate it when morons pass off their stupidity to others as if it were fact.

Lmfao I never got carried. I may have had a bad game from time to time, but when running with my set team none of us drop below a 2.0. My bad KDs come from playing with randoms and trying to help people to the lighthouse who I just can't help. I'm sure I could ask my teammates to come on here and tell you how well I do on a proper team. Or you could check my medals. Someone who gets carried gets wrecking balls, kill streaks, etc, right? Or there's the fact that like 60% of my kills are precision, if I remember correct. Someone who gets carried can go unbroken with a common scout on a level 13 warlock, a class they hate, right? You don't know my actual skill level. I try to help people, I fail. Results in bad KDs. If we were to ever play, I promise you'd change your mind. You've never seen me play, all you see are stats. And I'm sorry we don't all take every match in crucible super serious and play our hearts out. I like to investigate maps in depth, if I die doing so, so be it. I like to try for insane clips, setting myself up for easy deaths. I like to goof off, does this bother you? I also play solo 99% of the time. As stated previously, I'd be glad to recreate all my characters and play serious the whole time. I'd like to see your face when you compared us after that. In fact, you've inspired me. After I get my 3 flawless runs this weekend, I'm going to reset every single character, and use nothing but commons/uncommons in anything but IB and Trials. I'm done watching you relentlessly bash me. It's going to take time, but I'm going to shut your elitist tryhard mouth up.

So you would rather have machine guns for heavy against three people with extra heavy ammo legs and proximity det rockets? That is, you would rather have three people with heavy machine guns against three people with 9 rockets that require zero aim between all of them for a single round (heavy ammo won't follow you into the next round)? You would also tell people to not worry about whether the other team has supers or what they are (particularly self res) or whether there is a player on the other team that is consistently outshooting you and placing your team at a 3v2 disadvantage? The only things said in this post that have any real value are about standoffs and flanking. These are correct and not entirely obvious. The stuff about teamwork and communication is just hackneyed, unoriginal drivel that can be said about any competitive activity in the world. Who questions whether a team sport requires a good team to be competitive? And the rest of the post is just wrong. I've got a better win percentage and I'm disagreeing with you both so...
