Just stop bungie
Until weapon balancing can adjust to what you're playing (pvp-pve) this balancing argument will never stop. The problem is these weapons can be used in two very different parts of the game. What may be considered op in PvP can be useless in pve. If it can be understood that balancing goes beyond just PvP or pve then it'll be easier on everyone that plays Destiny. Everyone chimes in with their complaints and how bungie devs are stupid but how many can jump into their shoes and fix the issues? If you're so much smarter how come we're not all playing your flawless creation? It makes me cringe to see posts about bungie being so stupid from people that have such a disgusting lack of grammar. Has it become cool to be ignorant? I throw up in my mouth every time I see "git gud". Please make this stop!

I have my PvP weapons and my PvE weapons and don't expect them to perform well in the opposite environment. Some guns are designed for PvP OR PvE, not both. This is not your typical FPS game, I hopped on other FPS I own and realized how different Destiny is. From having weapons for certain activities to havING to actually adjust for recoil on a gun (i.e. Aiming a little lower than where you want the bullet to hit), to each gun pulling and recoiling differently. BUMP this post.

3 RepliesPoint 1) It has been cool to be ignorant ever since the 2000's. Point 2) The balance issues would be fixed if they separated PvE and PvP values for weapons. Point 3) If they can't do that, make PvP and PvE centric guns. Its not hard. They just don't want to admit there is a problem.

1 ReplySeparating the weapon stats in PvP vs PvE is the only way this game will survive in any meaningful way, but Bunghole will never do this because it just makes sense. ;)

I myself try to think what would make the weapon better suited at bot, for balancing terms... I come up with decent Ideas... (psst, thats a large wall of text not really divided to make reading easier when you complain about peoples grammar) Why are we not playing my flawless creation? 1, I do not have the resources to build a software development company, 2, I am a problem solver, and while I have some decent creativity for making new stuff, I mostly specialize in fixing, or fulfilling an order. (or adapting a desire into a fix) Do I think Bungie is stupid? Nope... But I seriously question how the resources are being used or manged... (I am blaming the bosses, cause I do not believe Developers with minds like mine would not be able to find suitable fixes) I wish only those who genuinely wanted to help were allowed o certain places in these forums (yea my grammar may such but I try) I for example, provide constructive criticism.. and do not ask for something buffed or nerfed, unless I know what the problem is and can think of a proper solution.

the bungie devs may be able to program a video game but that doesnt make them smart. They have made terrible decisions over and over again and they only get away with it because the competition is equally incompetent. bungies greed for quick profits is stupid because people will leave this -blam!-ed up mess in an instant as soon as a good game comes out.
