I'm waiting for Variks to decipher the bounty but there a has been a notification for a reward at the reef. It's been two days...
This fixed yet? Or what steps should I take?

Same here. On step 2 for 4 days, still have ! on reef, but nothing at variks. #notfixed

Have had an elder cipher bounty, waiting for Variks the past two days, exclamation point to claim reward on reef but no cigar :-( What's up Bungie? You said you fixed the issue. I am playing on an Xbox one. Hopefully someone at Bungie reads this and finally fixes this issue permanently!
