I have had this problem as well. I simply fixed this by opening my Character Menu and closing it again. That should fix it.

That will fix it sometimes, but sometimes it seems like it becomes near permanent, lasting through multiple strikes going to things ect.

I've tried opening my menu, swapping gear, swapping subclasses, inspecting someone on my friends list, everything. I have never fixed it other than just flat out leaving.

This shit happens to me ALL the time at least once on every card. And no that doesn't ever fix it for me, only thing that fixes it is dashboarding
