Whats the fastest TTK primary?

Reliably? Thorn and Last Word.

It truthfully is NLB, UR, sometimes Hawkmoon.

Technically NLB or Universal remote. However if you're not using either of those and are using another weapon it'd have to be TLW it's a 2 shot kill if you hip fire to the head.

Actually, I take it back. Universal Remote is always sub-par. One in every 2,197 Hawkmoon bullets is a one shot kill. In other words, Hawkmoon more or less can't one hit. The Last Word will kill in .26 seconds with the damage boost glitch (or if you're just normally hip-firing...but that's about as effective as NLB or UR). Thorn will kill in .36 seconds (excluding DoT), but at a much longer range. The closest after that are (I believe) Hawkmoon 2 shot (which happens a little less than 1/4 of the time), Mythoclast, and Red Death/3LW style pulse rifles.
