Those that say that the perk is for scrubs is insanely wrong. Having Hidden Hand on a Her Benevolence brings the AA up to rival the Longbow/Shadow of Veils. However weapons have a max aim assist value. Which means that the aim assist value of a weapon will not increase any further on a certain weapon. For example: Her Benevolence has a max AA of 70 and this can be artificially achieved by using a high AA scope combined with Hidden Hand. However Shadow of Veils has a max AA of 84 and can be achieved by using the Longview SLR10 scope. (54 Base + 30 AA for the Longview SLR10) Which means that Shadow of Veils which has the crappiest First and Third Perks for PvP can achcieve more AA than a Benevolence with Hidden Hand and a good scope ever will. This is why the Longbow and LDR are much more desired now. Whilst Her Benevolence needs Hidden Hand to rival their AA, these two weapons can enjoy a different first perk without even needing Hidden Hand (not that you could get HoW perks on them anyways) as the extra AA is already built into the weapon. Middle Perk I would recommend: Snapshop/Single Point Sling Hand Laid Stock/Injection Mold Unless you are using Quickdraw on a Bladedancer, Snapshot allows you to scope in alot quicker, which allows you to have an edge in snipe offs. Also allowing you to peek at your radar by spamming the scope in and out. Injection mold offers less stability than Hand Laid Stock. However makes the handling of High AA scopes like the Longview SLR10 and Shortgaze the same as Ambush's light snappy scope. This took way to long to write up lol, I have too much free time. It's just everything I have learned from sniper rifles in Destiny..... hope it helps! Remember High AA doesn't mean godly sniper. It's up to personal Preference to find the right AA for you, whether it be 10 or 90 :)

Pvp? Why bother. Praedeths revenge will beat it out. With that impact. Take it to pve. I've got one that's void with surplus and some other perk that wasn't important enough for me to bother paying attention, but it's awesome!
