While I was doing the Wolves' Gambit mission in Ishtar Sink, I noticed that I kept dying for no reason. This would happen very randomly throughout the mission, I would run around for a bit and then suddenly, for no apparent reason at all, I'd drop dead. The game would then tag my death as a 'misadventure'. There were no enemies in sight and I wasn't running across any traps, mines, fire etc. This happened five times total. Just thought I'd give a heads up on that one.
