Should I keep...

So I've litterally spent over 100 motes on my Timurs Lash(50 rerolls or more) and the perks I want is outlaw, flared magwel/perfect balance and luck in chamber(or crowd control kinda) I want to have a perfect roll for me for pvp and this is what I got that I have no idea wether to keep or not: Outlaw ExplosiveRounds/ArmourPierce/Snapshot Crowd Control I mean it has outlaw and crowd control and for the second row of perks it has nothing that I want, but after watching videos of comparing explosive rounds to normal bullets and actually trying it out, I notice that they basically have the same damage as normal bullets but ofc it's split into 2 damages cos of aoe. So I was wondering when I shoot a headshot with normal bullet, it would do 95 dmg and it will do 61 in the head+35 extra damage from aoe with explosive, so basically the same damage. But how exactly would outlaw work if in pvp i 2 hit people on the head, like I haven't completely tested out if the crit damage goes first when shooting to the head or the aoe damage goes first(hoping aoe DMG goes first) like id kind of have to be lucky to activate outlaw with explosive. On the other hand, one of the really cool things about explosive round is that it makes the enemy you shoot flinch more than normal meaning you should be able to win most gun fights.

MAybe the real answer is do your best to collect more then one lash. Create a PVP and PVE version. For a lot of help read this: https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/127336288/0/0/1
