I don't see any of them as selfish. Capture points? Team. Kill X number of Y? Team. Accrue points? Team. Machine gun kills? Team. What is selfish about these? The only one that could be construed as not team-oriented is the 10 kills without dying, which for anyone who is good at PvP will not blink an eye at. Those who are not as skilled may be detrimental as they camp and avoid contact to try for the bounty.

I've frequently witnessed the following: Iron Wrath: camp, play safe, don't overthrow points, and let your teammates die. Iron Grip: abandon strategic points (and your teammates defending them) to opportunistically cap weak strategic points. The Chaos and the Calm: teammates blitz the heavy and open it immediately. Heavy Metal: see above. Iron Embrace: we punch; they shotgun. We lose. Hard Forged: perfect. All of these bounties are easy to do, if you focus on them. If you're ranking 3 characters, that's far and away the best way to do it. I haven't played much regular Control of late, but my teammates have played those games very differently.
