And because Matchmaking will gladly throw these people in another room. They continually do it. You try constantly throwing grenades at your own team vehicles in an environment where the players can and will kick you out for playing like a douchebag.... and see what happens. Literally, when I last played Halo 3, when it was still the most recent Halo.... EVERY SINGLE GAME outside with vehicles, had dumbasses throwing grenades at their own team vehicles as soon as the match starts. This only happened because of matchmaking.
