From what I've experienced so far latley it seems so lol I cant even do a bloody patrol mission due to constant disconects. And no mr moderator guy who might reply, it's not my network... every other game works fine blah blah blah, and to answer your next inquiry I'm already wired in to my modem so move along .... pretend to fix something.
