Ill will?
So I got ill will player iron banner today. It's perks don't seem great... But I've heard it can be reforged with some good stuff? I'll have it on my warlock, please lemme know if I should reforge it and what I should go for if I do! Thanks in advance.

Play IB until you get a Timur's Lash, it has nearly exactly the same stats but with a significantly higher base reload speed.
