no its 3, i played both and the background in the looks like something i remember from 3.

I don't remember a either train departure/arrival time notice board or airplane departure/arrival time notice board. In either game. If I had to guess I'd say it's at Adams Air Force Base,, or Camp McCarran. Otherwise, I got nothing. Actually, it probably is Camp McCarran, because that's the only large civilian airport in either game. I'm pretty sure the small airport near that town/camp who's name escapes me doesn't have one of those boards anywhere.
