This has happened to be before, even before the patch. Dying fixes it, and switching weapons quickly also tends to work.

Edited by DestinyRise: 6/3/2015 7:26:02 AMSame goes for hunter's cloak getting stuck not moving at all while you're moving. Only way to fix it is dying or going back to orbit. Pretty annoying
