Biased intolerant scumbag is intolerant scumbag. Grow the hell up this happens everywhere not just destiny.

Edited by jeffreykthx: 6/3/2015 6:10:48 PMAsking to ban red bars isn't a valid request. First of all, it's an abstracted value. Second it can change rather quickly. Third it pretty much means friends a few states apart couldn't play with each other. There are also other side effects. Wait times for matchmaking could double. Being kicked mid-game could become a frequent occurrence for most of the Destiny population. Skill/level based matchmaking could be much less effective. And so on and so forth.

I was a redbar earlier, but I wasn't lag switching. Not everyone has stable internet.

16 RepliesEdited by Rho'gath: 6/3/2015 3:10:11 AMSo basically you are a selfish American who doesn't want anyone not in America to be able to play… the only servers for Destiny are in America so the ping everywhere else is shocking… Do you think I enjoy playing with your kind? I don't but I'm forced to so get off your high horse. How about we ban you and your uneducated existence from the game and forums. And honestly with your K/D I doubt you got anywhere near a 10 killstreak and wouldn't be worth using a lag switch for anyway
-
Red barring does not equal a lag switch Argument invalidated
-
I'm stationed in Korea and get lag pwn'd every time I play crucible. To remove red bar people would be to remove all my opponents.
-
Poorly thought out. One of my clan members is in the UK, another in Brazil. Sometimes they go red, but they are definitely not cheaters. I ended up red barring last night for whatever reason but I don't cheat either.
-
5 Replies3 things... 1- don't make a biased poll, makes you look like an ass 2- you are an idiot 3- all your responses make me cringe, no wonder everyone hates America
-
Red bar doesnt even mean you cheating most of the time. I have good internets and am plugged into my router but even i red bar. Yes lets just make it so everyone gets disconnected from the destiny servers.
-
3 RepliesHow about bungie just matches you with players who have the same connection strength.
-
What if there not cheating an they just have bad internet then that would be unfair
-
you have no idea how the internet works do you?
-
Haha then who would you play with? Everyone is red bar.
-
1 ReplyI feel like they should record how long a person has a red bar for. If the person red bars for a long period of time, they should be notified that due to poor connect that they'll be removed from Crucible after their next game until their connection improves. Instantly banning red bars is a great way of banning someone who's Internet happens to have hiccuped. And OP you're does it too, everyone's Internet does in this game. The matter of being able to solve this probably would be through identifying who those are that are consistently red baring.
-
You do realise if the host player has a terrible connection it can red bar an entire lobby? Good luck getting back in after you've been banned because of someone else...
-
You have to be careful here though. My while team and the enemy team suddenly all went red barred a minute into a match yesterday. I wasn't cheating and i know everyone on my time and they weren't either. Should we be punished for that? I believe it should track how long and how often it happens to an individual player and then perhaps a warning from bungie first and then a temporary ban from all pvp and if it continues a permanent ban. Maybe??

Petition to ban Crucible from destiny.
-
-
Bias poll is biased. Who's cheating now? (Im not a cheater btw)
-
1 ReplyBungie needs to fix lag switchers in ToO but this post makes you sound childish and selfish
-
2 RepliesSo your whining because someone ended your kill spree? Cry me a river. Poor gamesmanship is what I see.
-
So which red bars do you want gone? Only the ones you see with it? Because I guarantee it's not universal. So really your petition is being made just to be a whiner.
-
Sometimes people have good connection, but as the game starts everyone gets red bars because the host might have bad connection( or something I don't know) Its not always the players fault that they get red bar.
Also not everyone has a good connection
-
Sometimes it's not cheating. Not all wifi signals stay strong throughout gameplay like me. I'll have green bars going into a match and red coming out. Simply, there are times when it's not one's fault and out of anyone's control.
-
All i hear is somebody whining you ever think people dont have good connection at times. I hope you never get that kill streak
-
They lagged switch? Go home.
