Why no way to buy etheric light for PvE players like PvP players get with Iron Banner lvl 3?
Title says it all. I think it is completely unfair for PvP players to get the ability to buy etheric light when I as a PvE (PoE) only player does not. Any one else have a thought?

It's not even that hard to level up in Iron Banner. And I usually only do PvE.
